Individual Parenting Support (Virtual)
Weekly 55-minute sessions focused on specific tools you can use between sessions. We’ll set goals, track wins, and troubleshoot together.
- Self-pay: $125 per session.
- Location: Telehealth NJ · NY · CT. In-person (limited): Rutherford, NJ.
- Intake includes: parenting goals, child age/diagnosis (optional), preferred day/time.

Group Parenting Support (Virtual)
A supportive small group for parents/caregivers. Learn practical, evidence-based strategies, share wins/setbacks, and build calmer, consistent routines together.
- Format: 90-minute sessions, weekly. Up to 8 parents per group.
