When schedules allow, we aim to offer a first session within one to two weeks. Evening times are limited; if your preferred slot is not open we can place you on a short waitlist or suggest another clinician on Our Team.

We offer secure video sessions for clients who are physically located in New Jersey, New York, or Connecticut at the time of the appointment. Before your first visit you will receive intake forms and a private video link. For the best experience, choose a quiet, well lit space and use headphones if possible. Caregivers provide consent for minors. If you have setup questions, contact us. If you are in crisis, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
