Provide individual, couples, family therapy or parent support via secure telehealth (limited optional in-person days in Rutherford). Create clear goals and practical, skills-based plans; document timely; uphold HIPAA/ethical standards; collaborate on care (e.g., parenting & ADHD support).

Active independent license in NJ (LCSW/LMFT/LPC). 2+ years post-licensure preferred. CBT/DBT-informed, attachment or mindfulness welcome. Comfortable with telehealth and steady, skills-forward care.

Part-time to start with option to grow; consistent evening availability is a plus. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with caseload; discussed during interviews. (Add benefits if applicable.)

TherapyNotes for EHR/scheduling; Google Workspace with BAA for team email; secure telehealth platform. Templates and policies provided.
