New Jersey coverage, in-network
If your plan is with Horizon BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, or TRICARE in NJ, you typically only pay your copay. We verify benefits, submit claims on your behalf, and keep billing simple.
New York and Connecticut coverage, out-of-network
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may receive partial reimbursement after your deductible. You pay our session fee, we share a superbill, and you submit it to your insurer. Customer service can confirm your percentage and deductible.
FSA and HSA
You can use your FSA or HSA card directly in our secure payment form. Prefer to use a regular card and file for reimbursement later? That works too. We include everything your plan requires on your receipt.

Yes. Share your member ID and date of birth during the consult. We confirm eligibility, copay or coinsurance, and any deductible before your first session.

You pay the session fee up front. We provide a detailed superbill. You submit it to your insurer. If your plan includes out of network benefits, the insurer may reimburse you after your deductible.

Add your HSA/FSA card in our secure payment portal and we’ll charge it at each session. You’ll automatically receive an itemized receipt you can keep for your records.
