Practical Parenting Solutions for ADHD & Neurodivergence
Navigating school communications, homework battles, and daily chore routines can cause chronic friction in the home. At Living Optimally Therapy, we offer parent-focused coaching. Our clinician, Dr. Dionne (LCSW with a doctorate in psychology; CBT/DBT-informed), works directly with parents to build structures, charts, and communication models that resolve conflict. You do not need a formal child diagnosis to begin parenting support — we work directly with what is happening in your home this week.
While traditional child therapy is sometimes helpful, research shows that parenting coaching yields the most immediate, durable behavioral changes in kids with ADHD and executive functioning challenges. By teaching parents standard behavioral strategies, we transform the child's daily environment. The child may join briefly when helpful to coordinate strategies, but sessions are designed for you.

Payment Policy:
We are self-pay and not in-network with insurance. If you have out-of-network (OON) benefits, we provide a monthly superbill you can submit for possible partial reimbursement. HSA/FSA cards are typically accepted. A Good Faith Estimate is provided as required by law.
