Most new clients are scheduled within 1–2 weeks, depending on clinician availability and your preferred times. We also keep a short-notice waitlist if you’re flexible. Once you’ve had your first session, we’ll reserve a consistent weekly or bi-weekly spot that fits your schedule.

We provide secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth to clients located in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut at the time of the session. Prefer in-person? We also see clients in Rutherford, NJ.
Travel note: If you travel across state lines, let us know—licensure rules require you to be physically in NJ, NY, or CT for telehealth on that day.

Helpful, not required. We’ll work with your family structure—one caregiver, both caregivers, co-parents, or another primary support. When possible, joint sessions can speed progress, but we can also alternate or split sessions to match availability and goals.

Yes. We use HIPAA-compliant video platforms (never Zoom or Skype). Your sessions are encrypted end-to-end, and your records are stored on secure servers. We'll never share your information without your written consent.

We are self-pay and not in-network with insurance. If you have out-of-network (OON) benefits, we’ll provide a monthly superbill you can submit to your plan for possible partial reimbursement. HSA/FSA cards are typically accepted.
